advANCING ALK+ NSCLC Clinical Experience

advancing ALK+ NSCLC Clinical Experience

About the advANCE Program

This evidence based learning activity was developed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the evolving treatment landscape for ALK-positive NSCLC with the goal of advancing decision-making in clinical practice.  More specifically, the program content incorporates clinical experience with reference to the ALK positive disease state.   All program content was developed by an expert planning committee who were guided by the results of a national needs survey conducted in 2018.

In keeping with small group adult learning principles, the program design is highly interactive, with an emphasis on peer-to-peer discussion and sharing knowledge through clinical experience.

Four (4) case-based simulations have been created and serve as the stimulus for collegial discussion.  Each case-based session can be tailored based on specific audience needs.  Timing of each program will be determined in advance and is a collaborative effort between Takeda representatives, program facilitators, and of course participating healthcare providers.
